Deep Creek Fishing Club is renowned for its great dinner parties
and family-style feasting. It is elegant, yet simple Alaskan gourmet
dining. In fact, guests often aren't sure which they enjoy more:
the food or the fishing. Sumptuous hors d'ouevres start the festivities
at 6:00 pm as the day's fishing adventures are reviewed, relived
and retold. The striking of the Captain's bell heralds the dinner
hour of seven and guests take their seats around the large 8-foot
cedar table. Whether it's king crab, USDA Prime beef or catch of
the day, we strive to deliver the highest quality ingredients.
